What is Zumba?
Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance to fun music, such as salsa, reggaeton, bachata, and merengue. It feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcomed in Zumba. This cardio workout is for all ages and all experience levels. It is all about you having fun, getting fit, and enjoying the release of the feel-good chemicals produced by dancing - dopamine, endorphins and serotonin.

About Core Strength (Les Mills CORE™)
Les Mills CORE™ is a 30 or 45-minute, science-backed workout designed to build a strong, defined core and a leaner-looking waistline. This class targets your abs, obliques, hips, glutes, and lower back—the muscles that help you stand taller, move better, and feel more confident in your body.
Using bodyweight, weight plates, and resistance bands, you’ll perform focused movements like planks, crunches, and stability work that strengthen and tighten the midsection while helping burn calories and tackle stubborn waistline fat. Whether your goal is to work toward visible ab definition or simply slim and strengthen your core, this workout delivers results you can feel and see.
Every class is led by trained and certified Les Mills CORE™ instructors who coach proper technique and offer options for all fitness levels. That means you’ll get an effective, safe workout—whether you’re new to fitness or ready to push yourself further.
