Do you know how fit you really are? Whether you're starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, understanding your strength, balance, and mobility is key. At Breakthrough Fitness Austin, we believe fitness is about how you feel, move, and perform—not just how you look.
True health goes beyond hitting a weight goal. If you're unsure about your strength or mobility, it can be hard to take the next step. The good news? Assessing your fitness is simple.
These 7 quick tests will help you understand your current fitness level and provide a roadmap to improvements that leave you feeling stronger and more balanced.
